All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled. Please also keep in mind, our store currency is USD. There will be a currency conversion if you are paying in other currencies. Some banks also charge an overseas transaction fee that we have no control over. For a handful of currencies, we have a currency converter pop-up that can be seen at the bottom of our page, which provides the option to convert the store currency and checkout to your local currency.
We offer a 100% money back guarantee on all products that are defective or damaged during shipping. Just let us know and we will provide a return address and a replacement or refund as preferred.
